These tools render inside the conversation, so the visitor never leaves the chat to act. Turn each one on in Instructions > Tools; they’re off on a new chat agent. Tell the agent in its instructions when to use each one.

Show Calendar

Shows a booking calendar in the chat instead of pasting a link. Set a Booking URL from Cal.com, Calendly, HubSpot Meetings or Chili Piper, such as https://cal.com/your-team/intro. Without one, the agent uses its connected calendar.

Show Scheduler

Shows a grid of upcoming days and time slots. The visitor selects the times they’re free and submits; the selection is saved with the session and the agent confirms it. Use it when someone on your team follows up to set the meeting, rather than booking a fixed slot in the chat.

Show Form

Shows a form in the chat and returns the answers to the agent. A form is built from the agent’s extracted variables, the details you’ve defined for the agent to capture. For each form you choose the fields, their labels, and which are required. You can create several named forms, and the agent shows the one its instructions call for. Turn on the consent checkbox to add a contact consent line at the end of the form, with links to your privacy policy and terms of service.

Show Embed

Plays a YouTube video inside the chat. Any other https:// link is shown as a preview card the visitor can open. Put the videos you want shared, and when, in the agent’s instructions or knowledge base.

Knowledge Assistant

Lets the agent search your knowledge base to answer questions about your products, policies and pricing, instead of relying only on its instructions.
